165 Broome Street known as Attorney Street Apartments is a 15-story, 232-unit 100 percent affordable housing building on Manhattan's Lower East Side, completed in fall 2024. This 235,235- Square-foot structure was designed by Handel Architects and developed by Grand Street Guild Housing Development Fund Company.

Kingston Successfully supplied the complete CMU scope for the 165 Broome Street Project, delivering fifteen stories of structural concrete masonry on a tight Lower East Side lot.. ensuring compliance with the project's requirements for quality and performance.
