1100 Myrtle Avenue

The MC at 1100 Myrtle Avenue is an 11-story, 233-unit rental building at the Bedford-Stuyvesant and Bushwick border in Brooklyn, completed in 2024. Designed by Hill West Architects and spanning a full block, the building includes a ground-floor supermarket, European oak interiors, 26,000 square feet of amenities, and an 11,000-square-foot rooftop deck with skyline views. It sits one block from the Myrtle Avenue J, M, and Z station.

Kingston supplied the full structural CMU scope at 1100 Myrtle, covering the masonry framework across the entire block-spanning building. We worked in coordination with Bayport Construction and delivered what the job needed, when it needed it.
