One Thousand One is a 15-story, 1,111-unit mixed-use complex at Broad Street and Washington Avenue in Philadelphia's Hawthorne neighborhood. Designed by BKV Group for Post Brothers, the building spans an entire city block, totals over 1.5 million square feet, and sits directly on the Broad Street Line. It is one of the most significant residential projects to rise in South Philadelphia in years.
